Erasmus+ is the European Union's (EU) programme to support education, training, youth and sport opportunities for cooperation between EU and Central Asian countries. Every semester Narxoz University's Erasmus+ partners receive grants to offer, on a competitive basis, an opportunity for its students of all study cycles (Bachelor, Master, Doctoral) to go to Narxoz for studies or a traineeship.

Commitment Your study period at Narxoz can last from a minimum of
three months (or one academic term or trimester) to a maximum of
12 months.

Application Deadlines - Fall semester: July 1

Application Process You apply for a grant via your higher education institution. The selection should be fair, transparent and well documented. Once you are officially selected through your institution, Narxoz University is then notified and you will complete the second part of the application process:
- Email the following to the International Students and Faculty Department, at welcome@narxoz.kz:
- approval from the university via email and the Learning Agreement (This document sets out your learning goals, rights and responsibilities and also how the study period will be recognised.)
- Within two weeks, you will reсeive an acceptance letter and the Learning Agreement will then be signed. At that time, you will follow the additional processes and apply for a visa with the support of Narxoz University.
